Where can I use the Pawcket?  

Almost anywhere, the Pawcket is specifically engineered to adhere to metal, glass, plastic or painted wood surface! However, it’s important to note that the surface should be clean and dry, the fastener strip should be allowed to bond to the surface for at least 24 hours.

NB: For porous surfaces such as concrete or brick please purchase the 'Extreme' Velcro

When should I expect my order?

We dispatch all orders within 2 working days, if this should not be possible for any reason we will be in touch via email.

Shipping times vary on location, but a rough guide is as follows:

UK – 48 hours (Royal Mail 48hr tracked)

Europe – 3-5 working days (Royal Mail International Tracked)

Rest of the World – 6-7 working days (Royal Mail International Tracked)

What if I need to modify my order?

Whilst we will make every effort to accommodate your changes prior to shipping, we unfortunately cannot make changes after your order has been dispatched.

Please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to amend your order to avoid any inconvenience.

We accept all major credit cards through our card payment service Stripe, we also accept PayPal.

Can I split my order payment over time?

Just select your chosen option at check out, we offer ClearPay via Stripe or you can choose to Pay in 3 via PayPal

What if I need to return my order?

Please drop us an email if you need to return your order for any reason.

You have up to 14 days after the date of your order to notify us of your decision, and a further 14 days after that to return your order to us.

Please include your name & order number in your email to us and we will send you a confirmation and returns address
